“Everything very was clean, the pillows were decent, the reception was efficient and friendly, bed was so hard I think the carpeted floor would have been softer, there was some minimal noise from Hwy 61, but not too much, breakfast looked good waffle options and a good amount of fresh fruit, the curtains did not cover the windows enough to fully block out the very bright lights outside the hotel. “Horrible staff. Condescending and ignorant at the same time.. was left waiting for a member to come to the desk for over 20 minutes! After the 20 minutes I helped myself to the master key behind the desk to re-enter my room (pics for proof). I would never stay here again, and am honestly rethinking best western in general because of this experience. Also all digital amenities do not function (Netflix, on-demand, etc.) so be prepared for basic cable and a basic hotel.”

“The breakfast was very limited and no hot food. The coffee was terrible. The staff was nice and answered all questions. Housekeeping was nice as well. Big TV in the room was a nice addition. ”
